He is a leading expert in information security, holding a Master’s degree in Computer Systems and professional certifications as a Licensed Penetration Tester (LPT).
Rock has a strong track record of empowering Nigeria’s top financial regulators, including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), on cybersecurity. He also oversaw the implementation of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) for Heritage Bank. In recognition of his work, he was named the Most Outstanding Cybersecurity Awareness Advocate by Cyber Africa.
